Mysore style classes are the perfect place to start your Ashtanga yoga journey and to advance in your practice. In our classes each student is taught individually with skilled hands-on-adjustments to facilitate a safe practice. People of all ages and abilities practice together and each student progresses at their own pace. Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and energising practice. New to Ashtanga? Mysore classes are the best way to get started. We recommend to commit for one month of regular practice to get a feel for the practice.
Our classes run every morning from Sunday to Friday, except on Full and New moon days. Please see moon calendar for dates. If you are new to our shala, please register before class.

Our Class Passes
$260 – Monthly Unlimited Pass (1 month unlimited classes) in person and online
$220 – 10 Class Pass (valid for 5 weeks) in person and online
$26 – Casual Class Pass
You can purchase your class pass in our shala. We accept cash, card (1.9% surcharge) and bank transfer.
