When it comes to our classes we are proud to say we are different. We offer an individual approach – so you get the most out of your practice.

Mysore Style

The most intimate, personal and developed way of practicing yoga is also the most traditional and effective method.

In this class you will learn the Ashtanga sequence step-by-step according to your own pace and as you progress, more postures will be added to your practice. The teacher will give you verbal and physical adjustment to help you to find the correct alignment.
You can start and finish your Mysore practice at anytime, class times vary according to your level of experience and length of practice. Class times on schedule indicate the timeframe in which you need to complete your practice. This class is suitable for all levels.

 

Beginner Class

Discover the Foundations of Ashtanga Yoga in a slow paced class.

This class is perfect for people that are new to Yoga or have not practiced for a while. Step by step you will explore the first part of the Primary series with detailed explanation and demonstration of each pose. You will learn the correct breathing method and how it links with the movement through postures. Its a great preparation before you join our Mysore program.

 

Led Class – Full Primary

When you’re ready for the full Ashtanga experience, this is the class for you.

In a dynamic sequence that opens new dimensions of the mind-body-breath connection, you will begin to move into a direct experience of the flow of the practice. With careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method, this class presents the full Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. Prior yoga experience and knowledge of the series are recommended. Class is led and goes for 90 minutes.

Private Class

Students work directly with the teacher.

Private classes are a great way to maintain and deepen your practice when your personal schedule doesn’t allow you to make it to a class in the studio. Our classes keep you motivated and help you advance in your practice, whenever and wherever you are.

Therefore we offer face-to-face and ONLINE sessions that can be booked and paid for online.
You can book an individual session just for yourself or as a small group session.

Each class is designed for you to meet your needs. Through an initial consultation we establish where you are at and what you like to focus on.

Mentoring

Individual Mentoring is available for new Yoga teachers and Yoga teacher trainees.

We specialise on adjustment training (verbal and hands-on), class room communication, posture alignment, sequencing, pranayama and meditation.
