Let’s do this together!
This is a reminder that we are all in this together.
Staying at home, isolated from our social world is challenging. I believe that this is the time to practice, not just on the mat but to apply yamas and niyamas, the fundamental principals of our yoga practice. As we stay home, its an opportunity to go inwards, read books, learn something new, create art, meditate, breathe.
Let’s stay connected as a collective, knowing that we can use this time as an opportunity for growth, nurturing and reflection.

MEDITATION
I am sending you this loving kindness meditation – hoping it may inspire you to make it part of your practice. Repeat the words silently in your next mediation or throughout the day when you need to shift your thoughts.
May we be filled with loving kindness. May we be well. May we be peaceful and at ease. May we be happy.
You can exchange the word ‘we’ with I, you, and end with we – repeat each cycle for a few minutes before you move on to the next.
ONLINE CLASSES
I am also teaching Ashtanga yoga online and have set-up a calendar on my website where you can book in for a class.

FOR FUN
And for a bit of fun and accountability I have started a 30 day practice challenge where I post a photo of my practice on Insta (@ashhope.yoga) and Facebook (Ash Hope). Join the fun and let us know how things are going for you on the mat. Make sure you tag me so I won’t miss your posts. I’d love to see your photos.
