Review from our retreat in September 2025

We spent this summer in Liguria with Ash Hope, and it was a truly wonderful experience. It was a great privilege to have Ash as our teacher—she brought incredible competence and professionalism. Ash has a deep understanding of Ashtanga Yoga and truly lives yoga as a lifestyle. She gave us fresh motivation, valuable suggestions, and support in our practice. The afternoon workshops were a great way to deepen our understanding of techniques and to discuss interesting topics related to yoga. We were also spoiled with delicious Italian meals in the greenhouse next to the shala. We are very grateful to have taken part in this retreat, and we are already looking forward to joining again next summer. Silva and Monica
