Mysore style classes are the perfect place to start Ashtanga yoga and to advance in your practice. In our shala we honour the traditional method, you are taught individually within a group setting, receiving skilled hands-on-adjustments to ensure a safe and sustainable practice.

New to the Shala?
If you are new to Ashtanga, the Mysore room is the best place to begin. To truly experience the physical and mental benefits of this method, we recommend a one-month commitment of regular practice. Please REGISTER here before your first class.
Our classes run every morning from Sunday to Friday, except on Full and New moon days. Please see moon calendar for dates. If you are new to our shala, please register before class.

Tuesday 3 March and Thursday 19 March – Our shala will be closed on these days.
Next led classes, for students with a regular Mysore style practice:
Intermediate led series on Saturday 7th March at 7am. This class is for students with a regular practice up to Pincha Mayurasana.
Our Class Passes
$260 – Monthly Unlimited Pass (1 month unlimited classes) in person and online
$220 – 10 Class Pass (valid for 5 weeks) in person and online
$26 – Casual Class Pass
You can purchase your class pass in our shala. We accept cash, card (1.9% surcharge) and bank transfer.
