Mysore style classes are the best way to learn the Ashtanga method. All levels are welcome even if you are totally new to yoga.

Please note this is not a 2hr class — these classes have a flexible start and finish time. You start your practice anytime between the scheduled hours and simply leave enough time to finish your practice before the scheduled end. In the beginning your practice will take about an hour and increases over time up to 90 minutes. In our classes you gradually learn the Ashtanga yoga sequence of postures over time at a pace that is suitable for you under the guidance of an experienced teacher who gives hands on individual adjustments and verbal instructions where necessary, specific to your needs.
