Lise has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for many years. Her yoga journey started in the US in the mid 80’s and has become an integral part of her life. Lise tells us how she was introduced to Ashtanga Mysore style practice by Ash Hope and how this way of practicing brought her yoga practice to another level.
